Say Hello to Sophia! She's an avid antiquer, shop pet, and a girl's best friend.
Primrose est. 1994, with it's many ups and down, has managed to some how survive. From the beginning, with a casual living lifestyle in mind, I started out with an idea to open a flower shop together mixing vintage findings and cottage furnishings (my favorite things).
I wanted to have a shop that was heavily influenced by flea market, thrift shop, and yard sale finds. I wanted and hoped to encourage my customers on how to furnish a stylish, sensible, and smart home on a thirfty budget, mixing new with old.
* Noted* the first shop in South Jersey to combine these ideas, I hoped to bring a different flavor to the way a person thinks about style in their life and in their home, inspiring them to think outside the "normal" box. It's an everyday thought for me .I TRULY BELIEVE" ONE CAN NOT BE STYLISH IF ONES NOT HAPPY"
Style Happy, on the other hand, came about in a shape of a book, soon to be ready for publication. (I'll keep you posted). It is jam packed with ideas on decorating with Flea Market finds, before and after's, and a few favorite recipes (just for kicks). It was the renovation of my home that renovated and inspired my heart to put it to paper,You'll find this book to have a huge sense of humor (I hope).and maybe rethink your own directions in life and in style. Hence the coming of StyleHappy.com.To keep me busy (like I'm not already), but mostly for my customers and friends who ask where to go, what to get, how to do etc., this site is for them.
A big thank you for all their support and encouragement in helping me become a success in something I love to do, while allowing me to be my eclectic self. Last but not least to my dad, who fixes whatever I manage to drag home while turning my vision into the artful lifestyle I live and believe in.. Many Thanks and Got Love.
Happy Hunting
